Accommodation SIL, ILO, STA, MTA and respite care
At Living Care Specialist, we provide a comprehensive range of NDIS accommodation options tailored to support your independence, comfort, and personal goals. Our Specialist Support Coordinators work closely with you to identify the most suitable housing solution while assisting with tenancy responsibilities and transition support. Our Accommodation Services Include:
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) service empowers you to live independently while developing everyday life skills. We provide assistance with household tasks, personal care, shopping, emotional support, and community participation in both shared and individual living arrangements.
Independent Living Options (ILO)
Independent Living Options (ILO) is a flexible and person-centred support package designed around your unique lifestyle and goals. We collaborate with you and your family to create a tailored living arrangement that promotes choice, control, and independence—an alternative to group home or SIL services.
Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA)
Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA) offers temporary housing while you wait for your long-term arrangements to be finalised. It’s ideal for participants transitioning from hospital or rehabilitation, or waiting for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) or home modifications.
Short-Term Accommodation (STA) & Respite Care
Our Short-Term Accommodation (STA) and respite care services provide short breaks for participants and their families. Whether it’s for a few hours, days, or weeks, we ensure a safe, supportive environment that encourages rest, growth, and wellbeing.
Respite Care
Respite care allows carers and families to take a well-deserved break with peace of mind. At Living Care Specialist, we’re here when you need short-term support during hospital stays, emergencies, or times of additional care needs.
At Living Care Specialist, our goal is to help every participant find the right NDIS accommodation support to live with dignity, confidence, and independence.
