I had a new patient appointment today with Dr. Shauna Kane. I usually feel some nervousness when attending Dr. appointments but Dr. Kane was very personable and made me feel comfortable and welcomed throughout the appointment. She thoroughly explained my care plan after my exam was complete and even double checked with me that I was aware of proper amounts of the medication she recommended for me. I was very impressed and satisfied with my care today and I will be back. I highly recommend Dr. Shauna Kane.
I am seeing some bad reviews & of course everyone has a right to their opinion. I have been seeing NP Ashley Irons for 2 years & as a Nurse, I can honestly say she's wonderful. She's right on top of things & has been so kind & compassionate! She never hurries out & takes all the time with me that I need. The staff & the Lab staff are awesome too. My scripts & renewals are always at my Pharmacy within an hour or so. I have had not one complaint about anything!
Absolutely amazing office! Called Friday afternoon and spoke to the office manager and was able to get an appointment for first thing this morning. The office staff were so welcoming and amazing. The doctor was awesome! The office manager was so polite and helpful on the phone. She listened to all my concerns and made the doctor aware. So the appointment was smooth sailing! Definitely will be coming back. Such a wonderful experience!
My provider is Ashley Unaegbu PA-C she is the only Doctor I've ever had that really listens to me. And she genuinely cares about my health and well being. She is amazing. If she ever leaves Lifelink I will follow her, no matter the distance. I already drive an hour just to see her every month. Excellent care from a very professional staff that is on the ball. If you need family healthcare, this is the place.
