Our practice has proudly served the primary care needs of Harnett, Johnson, Sampson County residents for almost 30 years. Formerly known as Harnett Family Medicine, the practice was founded by Richard Juberg MD in the early 1990s. Over time, the practice has evolved with numerous providers and staff. On January 15, 2015, the practice was purchased by Dr Karim and his wife and renamed Lifelink Medical Group PLLC.
Our team includes physicians, physician assistants, medical assistants, nurses, and care coordinators. We have a close relationship with LabCorp Inc and provide laboratory services on site. We also work closely with community healthcare members (home health, social worker, etc) to meet patients where they are and provide a more fullfilling quality of life. We believe that the patient health is our top priority and diligently strive to provide compassionate, comprehensive, and accessible care.
